Chief Executive Officer
Jesper Zerlang
Jesper Zerlang is the CEO of Worklinq. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the IT industry, spanning enterprise software, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Worklinq, Jesper spent 15 years as CEO of Logpoint, where he led the transformation of the company into one of Europe’s leading cybersecurity providers. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions at Telia Company, Dell, and Compaq.
Alongside his executive career, Jesper serves on several boards and has strengthened his leadership capabilities through executive management programs at Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Troels Kristensen
Troels is responsible for Finance & Administration in Worklinq and comes with extensive experience from the audit and assurance industry. He joined Worklinq in 2019 and has previously held positions as accountant at KPMG and Financial controller at PFA.
Troels holds an MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.

Chief Revenue Officer
Jonas Qvarfordt
Jonas is Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for driving revenue growth across the Nordic market. He joined Worklinq in 2025 and comes with 25+ years of experience within sales leadership, operational excellence and digital transformation from the technology sector. Jonas has previously held positions such as General Manager Nordics at CCH Tagetik and Sales Director at Oracle.
Jonas holds a Business Executive Degree in Sales and Marketing Management from IHM Business School in Stockholm.
Chief Technology Officer
Morten Janum
Morten is responsible for Products & IT at Worklinq and comes with extensive experience within international technology leadership. He joined Worklinq in 2015 and has previously held Senior technology positions at companies within the Microsoft and Salesforce.com eco systems.
Morten holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering from Denmark’s Technical University and an MBA in IT Management from Touro University.
Vice President, Customer Success & Services
Daniel B. Stuhr
Daniel is the Vice President of Customer Success & Services at Worklinq, where he leads the Professional Services, Customer Success Management and Helpdesk teams.
Daniel joined Worklinq in 2023 bringing over 15 years of expertise in strategy, business development and transformation. Daniel had a pivotal role in driving the successful transition of Edlund from an on-premise model to a SaaS platform and has also held senior leadership positions at organisations such as Falck, ISS, etc.
Daniel holds a Cand.Merc. (Econ.) from Copenhagen Business School.
Head of People & Culture
Camilla Folting
Camilla is responsible for People & Culture in Worklinq and comes with 20+ years of HR expertise.
Camilla joined Worklinq in 2023 and has previously held different HR positions in K.W. Bruun Import A/S (today part of Wismo Group), Zacco Denmark and Lundbeck.
Camilla holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Organisation and Management, HDO) from Copenhagen Business School.
