Forpligtelsen g\u00e6lder alts\u00e5 ikke bare timel\u00f8nnede, men ogs\u00e5 funktion\u00e6rer og andre typer ansatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er nu op til de enkelte EU-medlemslande at afg\u00f8re, hvordan det implementeres i den nationale lovgivning. Dette vil blive dr\u00f8ftet af den nye regering og arbejdsmarkedets parter (DA og FH). Vi f\u00f8lger udviklingen og vender tilbage med mere information, n\u00e5r vi kender den konkrete betydning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dommen v\u00e6kker dog bekymring flere steder. For er tidsregistrering ikke lidt gammeldags? Og udtryk for mangel p\u00e5 tillid?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slet ikke! Mange virksomheder har allerede set v\u00e6rdien i at investere i et tidsregistreringssystem, da det giver b\u00e5de virksomhed og medarbejder en r\u00e6kke fordele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hj\u00e6lper til at sikre den n\u00f8dvendige hviletid (fx 11-timers reglen) og at den maksimale gennemsnitlige ugentlige arbejdstid for arbejdstagerne ikke overstiges. Alts\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp til at overholde g\u00e6ldende arbejdsmarkedsregler, overenskomster og interne personalepolitikker \u2013 uden manuel overv\u00e5gning og udregning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sikrer hver medarbejder den korrekte l\u00f8n og giver gennemsigtighed i l\u00f8ngrundlag, flex- og overtid samt opsparet og forbrugt ferie. Dermed kan virksomheden undg\u00e5 fejl i l\u00f8nsedler, som ogs\u00e5 er et udbredt problem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giver overblik over frav\u00e6r og dermed mulighed for at optimere de interne frav\u00e6rsprocesser, s\u00e5 sygefrav\u00e6rssamtaler og anden relevant opf\u00f8lgning sker p\u00e5 de rette tidspunkter. Derudover f\u00e5r virksomheden hj\u00e6lp til at sikre, at den ikke mister sygedagpengerefusioner, som den er berettiget til<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Underst\u00f8tter korrekt ferieh\u00e5ndtering b\u00e5de i forhold til optjening, afholdelse og evt. overf\u00f8rsel af ferie til nyt ferie\u00e5r \u2013 specielt nu i lyset af den nye ferielov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Og v\u00e6lger man en avanceret workforce management-l\u00f8sning, er der yderligere at vinde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sikrer overblik over tidsforbruget p\u00e5 projekter og i produktionen og giver pr\u00e6cise data i forhold til planl\u00e6gning, \u00f8konomisk opf\u00f8lgning og optimering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forenkler bemandingsplanl\u00e6gningen og underst\u00f8tter effektiv anvendelse af medarbejderressourcerne og minimerer overtid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Med den teknologiske udvikling findes er der i dag en r\u00e6kke moderne brugerflader, som g\u00f8r det nemt at opsamle information om tid og frav\u00e6r. Det gamle stempelur er erstattet af brugervenlige webportaler, terminaler p\u00e5 pc\/tablet eller app til smartphones.
