As I step into the role of CEO, I\u2019m honoured to continue that mission \u2013 and accelerate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My priority is clear: To deepen the trust customers and partners have placed in us by delivering smarter innovation, stronger execution, and an exceptional customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what\u2019s ahead:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>Smarter tools through innovation<\/strong>: We\u2019re investing heavily in AI-first product development to give customers faster, more intuitive ways to manage their workforces, with the goal of delivering even greater value for their businesses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A smoother experience<\/strong>: By streamlining our operations, customers will experience a more connected journey \u2013 from sales to support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stronger leadership<\/strong>: As already communicated, we\u2019ve welcomed Lars Eismark as our new Chairman of the Board, and we&#8217;re also welcoming new talent into key leadership roles to sharpen our strategy and speed up our progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to thank customers and partners for their continued trust and partnership.
