You will be working in one of the industry\u2019s most innovative companies with a long list of large and high-profile international and national customers across most industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Worklinq is looking for a Director of Professional Services who can lead \u2013 and strengthen \u2013 our services business, while building a high-performing team and driving execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is at the heart of our customer delivery. You will be responsible for a team of consultants delivering both implementation projects and ongoing billable services to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being a company in transition, we are evolving our structures, ways of working and operating model. That creates opportunities, but also requires clarity, ownership and strong leadership. And this role is key to making that happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, you should expect to be hands-on and actively involved in both leadership and execution from day one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead, develop and support a team of 15 consultants across multiple countries<br>\u2013 Set clear direction, priorities and expectations for the team<br>\u2013 Ensure performance management, coaching and continuous development of the employees<br>\u2013 Build a strong team culture with ownership, accountability and collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own delivery across two core tracks<br>\u2013 Project implementations with larger, structured deliveries<br>\u2013 Ongoing billable services with high volumes, but shorter tasks<br>\u2013 Drive utilisation, capacity planning and forecasting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure strong daily execution across customers and teams and take direct ownership when needed, including stepping into deliveries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish structure where needed, including processes, follow-up and reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle operational responsibilities, including financial follow-up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What success looks like<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A motivated, high-performing team with clear direction and ownership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High and stable billable capacity utilisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear priorities and predictable delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers experience progress, responsiveness and reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have previously led a Professional Services or Delivery organisation with full operational and people responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a strong track record of developing teams and driving performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You excel in utilisation optimisation, capacity planning and commercial delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience balancing project work and ongoing services\/support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are hands-on and step in where needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is fully defined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You make decisions and drive progress without waiting for perfect data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You bring structure, but stay pragmatic and focused on execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be part of an ambitious, growing company where you will be in close cooperation with many exciting customers and committed colleagues.
