F\u00f6rpliktelsen g\u00e4ller d\u00e4rf\u00f6r inte bara f\u00f6r kollektivare utan \u00e4ven f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n samt tillf\u00e4lliga anst\u00e4llningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r nu upp till de enskilda EU-l\u00e4nderna att best\u00e4mma hur det genomf\u00f6rs i nationell lagstiftning.
