The Danish workforce management company ProMark is changing its name to Worklinq as of today. The rebranding marks the beginning of a new phase for the company: Strengthening the customer experience, product innovation and accelerating international ambitions.

A new name and strategy signal a fresh direction for ProMark – now Worklinq. The goal is to enhance the customer journey, advance the product portfolio, and to build a strong platform and challenge the market as a leading European player.

The transformation began last year, and the rebranding is the first visible step in the changes now unfolding. The name Worklinq mirrors the company’s core mission: Linking employees and business processes through seamless solutions that deliver simplicity and stability in a world defined by complexity and regulation.

“Worklinq is more than a new name. It marks the start of a major transformation. We are building on a strong foundation, but we want to go further. We aim to position ourselves as a European challenger – with the best solutions, the strongest platform, and the most talented people. Worklinq marks the next chapter in our journey: aligning our organization with an ambitious growth plan driven by a customer-first mindset,” says Jesper Zerlang, CEO of Worklinq.

From software vendor to strategic partner

Worklinq is now embarking on a bold new strategy, focusing over the coming years on investments in product development, a strengthened implementation setup, and high-level services. The company will continue to strengthen its market-leading cloud platform, combining enterprise-grade security with full cloud independence. Supported by growth investor Fortino Capital, the ambition is to position Worklinq as the preferred partner for European enterprises seeking stable, scalable, and compliant workforce management solutions.

According to Jesper Zerlang, delivering software alone is no longer enough:

“Our customers operate in environments with strict demands for compliance, data security, and functionality. They need solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and tailored to their everyday business-and they need a partner who can deliver with confidence and relevance. That is exactly the position we are strengthening now, guided by a clear strategy and firm priorities across the organization,” says Jesper Zerlang.

Regulation brings market opportunity

At a time of significant changes in both working conditions and regulatory frameworks, the rebranding strongly positions Worklinq. New EU requirements demand stricter documentation of working hours, responsible use of automation, data security, and digital accessibility-obligations with far-reaching consequences for companies across Europe.

“We want to be the trusted partner when complexity, scalability, and compliance are critical. With Worklinq, we are well-positioned to take on this role as a dedicated European workforce partner,” says Jesper Zerlang.
