We are excited to announce that Worklinq and SD Worx have recently entered into a partnership agreement, allowing SD Worx to offer Worklinq services as a part of their offering to both potential and existing customers. The primary focus will be the Nordics which is subject to some of the most complex working time rules in the world – complexities that both solutions are well-equipped to address drawing on decades of experience from working with companies in this region.
Worklinq and SD Worx have collaborated on shared customers for years. The partnership is well-known in the market, offering an attractive solution to larger companies who are seeking HR/payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
Via modern, standardised integrations, HR master data and relevant account balances will seamlessly be transferred from SD Worx to the Worklinq solution. Worklinq will then enrich the data with working time transactions, absence records and updated shift information, returning it to the HR/payroll solutions to establish the correct payroll basis in accordance with relevant collective agreements and enable timely follow-up to ensure employee well-being.
