Copenhagen, 5 January 2026 – Worklinq, a leading provider of mission-critical Workforce Management solutions, today announces two strategic leadership appointments to support its next phase of growth and transformation.

Anders Rosenbeck has been appointed CEO of Worklinq, effective January 2026. In parallel, Lars Eismark joins Worklinq as chairman of the board with immediate effect. These changes come as Jesper Zerlang has decided to step down as CEO at the end of 2025, after a period marked by significant progress and strategic development.

“This is a defining moment for Worklinq,” says Philipp Remy, Partner at Fortino Capital and chairman of the board during the transition. “With Anders and Lars on board, we’re continuing our leadership for scale – and sharpening our ability to deliver measurable value for our customers. Their combined expertise in software, strategy, and execution will be critical as we continue growing Worklinq from a Nordic leader to a true European challenger.”

New CEO brings proven SaaS leadership to accelerate Worklinq’s European expansion

Anders Rosenbeck brings deep SaaS and enterprise experience to Worklinq. As former CEO and COO of Tia Technology, he led the company through significant growth, operational transformation, and a successful acquisition by Sapiens International. He has a strong track record in customer-centric innovation, M&A, and platform scaling across regulated industries.

Anders steps into the role at a time when demand for modern Workforce Management solutions is accelerating across Europe – particularly in high-compliance sectors like manufacturing and financial services.

“Worklinq is uniquely positioned to lead in this space,” says Anders Rosenbeck, incoming CEO. “Enterprises today need more than point solutions – they need connected, compliant platforms that scale. I’m excited to join a company with such a strong foundation, deep domain expertise, and a clear mission: helping customers run smarter, people-first operations.”

Seasoned strategy and private equity advisor joins Worklinq as chairman of the board

Lars Eismark, newly appointed chairman of the board, brings decades of leadership in strategy consulting, financial advisory, and board governance.

Lars is a former Senior Partner at Kearney. He has advised global enterprises and private equity firms on growth, transformation, and operational strategy, and brings extensive board experience across commercial and non-profit organizations, including some of the world’s leading private equity firms, listed companies, large family enterprises, and the WWF.

“I’m thrilled to support Worklinq’s journey,” says Lars Eismark. “This is a business with strong momentum, tackling real workforce management complexity. I look forward to working closely with the leadership team and Fortino to guide the company’s strategy, growth, and long-term value-creation.”

Next stage of expansion

These leadership appointments come at a time of strong progress for Worklinq. Since Fortino Capital’s investment in 2024, the company has rebranded from ProMark to Worklinq, expanded its consulting and support capabilities, and made targeted investments in both product and operations to better serve enterprise customers across Europe. The company continues to drive its vision to become the leading AI-first Workforce Management engine to strengthen its position in high-complexity, high-compliance markets.

“Jesper has played a key role in strengthening our foundation and setting a clear direction for growth,” says Philipp Remy, Partner at Fortino Capital. “He helped sharpen our strategy, elevated customer experience, and positioned Worklinq for long-term success. We thank him for his leadership and wish him continued success in his new chapter.”
