Worklinq is changing how we prioritize and develop new product improvements. The goal is to deliver more value to more customers and bring greater predictability to the roadmap.

Why we are making this change

Until now, many features were delivered as one-off requests, often funded by individual customers. This created limited transparency, frequent context switching, and a roadmap that was difficult to rely on.

Going forward, all product ideas will be handled through a shared discovery process. We use JIRA Product Discovery to collect, evaluate, and prioritize input based on customer impact and strategic value.

What this means for customers

This new approach offers clear benefits:

  • More valuable features: We focus on solving problems that matter across the customer base, not just those with commercial backing.
  • More predictable delivery: Fewer ad hoc projects allow us to plan and execute the roadmap with confidence.
  • More customer involvement: Customers are invited earlier into the process to validate problems and test potential solutions.

This structure allows us to act faster on shared challenges, without waiting for custom agreements.

Join the Linqhouse Research Panel

We have launched the Linqhouse Research Panel to involve customers earlier and more consistently in our product development process.

The panel is made up of active Worklinq users who provide structured feedback on ideas, early designs, and prototypes. Their input helps us ensure that the features we build solve real problems and reflect real workforce management needs.

As a member, you’ll get:

  • Early access to new features and concepts
  • A direct line to the product team
  • Recognition for your contribution
  • Regular opportunities to influence product decisions through short workshops or surveys

We are currently recruiting participants. To apply, please click here.

What happens next

We are already running our first customer-led discovery tracks. Once complete, we will publish a new roadmap based on collective input.

If you have open feature requests, they are not lost. We are reviewing all requests and moving relevant ideas into the new process.
