At Worklinq, strong operations are key to delivering a reliable platform. We’re looking for an Operations Consultant to support incident handling, platform stability and continuous improvements across our SaaS solution.

You will work closely with our Service Desk, Operations and Development teams in a hands-on role with excellent opportunities for personal development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support 2nd line incidents and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with database tasks, upgrades and basic performance checks
  • Troubleshoot across databases, Windows, CI/CD and Kubernetes
  • Monitor platform health and react to alerts
  • Contribute to improvements in operations and monitoring
  • Participate in on-call rotation with the team
  • Document incidents and maintain knowledge articles

What you bring

  • Experience from operations, support or a technical role
  • Understanding of databases (SQL), Windows and basic DevOps concepts
  • Experience with troubleshooting and incident handling
  • Structured approach and willingness to learn
  • Danish and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Jira or SaaS platforms is a plus
